From Telegram: Your Telegram user ID, username, first name, and language code. We do not access your phone number or contacts.
Conversations: Messages you send to our AI characters are stored to maintain conversation context and memory. AI-generated responses are also stored.
Payment data: Transaction IDs and subscription status. We do not store credit card numbers — payments are processed by Telegram Stars or third-party providers.
Generated media: AI-generated images created during your conversations are stored temporarily for delivery.
We use your data to: (a) provide and personalize the AI companion experience; (b) remember conversation context and user preferences; (c) process payments and manage subscriptions; (d) improve our AI models and service quality; (e) prevent abuse and enforce our terms.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Data is hosted in the US (us-east-1). Conversation data is encrypted at rest.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) AI model providers (OpenRouter) for generating responses — messages are sent without identifying information; (b) payment processors for transaction handling; (c) infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, RunPod) as necessary for service operation.
Conversation data is retained for the lifetime of your account. AI-generated images are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
You have the right to: (a) access your stored data; (b) request deletion of your account and all associated data; (c) export your conversation history; (d) opt out of AI memory features. To exercise these rights, contact us via Telegram.
Our web app uses minimal cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
Our service is restricted to users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be terminated and data deleted.
